Founded in 1991, DSM has become an established technical documentation company supporting a diverse range of industries including aviation, marine, rail, industrial HVAC, food manufacturing, electronics and defence. We believe the professional technical author is the vital link between today's technologies and those using them. Technical documentation, either paper-based or multi-media, properly adapted to the user's tasks and abilities is essential for high level performance and availability of systems and equipment. Our philosophy is that the most effective documentation is produced when the technical author works closely with the designer, where the designer looks after factual data and the technical author sees to the instructional and presentational aspects. This process allows the technical information to be produced concurrently with the product and ensures the documents accurately reflect the build of the product.
